Deep Cove Shaw Theatre
The Deep Cove Shaw Theatre houses two stage companies:
Deep Cove Stage and First Impressions Theatre.
The Shaw Theatre is located at 4360 Gallant Avenue
(at Panorama Drive), in North Vancouver.
The Deep Cove Shaw Theatre, a 130-seat air-conditioned studio theatre,
is located in the Deep Cove Cultural Centre on the corner of Gallant Avenue and
Panorama Drive. The resident Seymour Art Gallery is generally opened during theatre
intermissions for guests to browse through the regularly changing exhibitions
or purchase original arts and crafts from their Treasure Cove Gift Shop. The Deep
Cove Heritage Society has a photo display in the Green Room and lobby for theatre
patrons to enjoy.
Just ten minutes east of the Second Narrows Bridge via Dollarton Hwy or Mt
Seymour Pkwy. Free parking!
The Seymour Art Gallery along with the newly expanded gift shop Treasure Cove
are generally open during theatre intermissions, be sure to drop in and browse.
The gallery and gift shop are open 10am-5pm seven days a week, 604-924-1378.
The Deep Cove Heritage Society (604.929.5744) has a display of heritage photos
of the Cove on display in the meeting room during theatre intermissions when
the room is available.
Ticket Outlets are the Seymour Art Gallery in the Deep Cove Cultural Centre
and Seymour Stationery in Parkgate Mall.
