Hawaii is a land of many different environments: hot and sunny, wet and lush, dry and perfect for observatories.
These photos show the dry lands where observatories rule, the volcano and a gorgeous beach that we visited.
I saw a whale breach in the ocean for my first (and only) time - wow!
