Door to door transportation provided by the Hub Bus and /or by volunteer drivers. Suitable for those too frail to walk alone or who would like some assistance from volunteers. This activity, which combines shopping and exercise culminates in a get together for refreshments and socialization.

March 9: Seniors Coffee Mates
When: Wednesday, 1:30pm – 2:30pm at Brazza Cafe, 1840 Lonsdale Ave
An informal gathering, to meet old friends and make new ones in your neighbourhood. Lively discussions and good company.
Drop in. This does not run on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

March 10: Lower Capilano Seniors Social
Thursday 2pm – 4pm at Capilano House, 1551 Bridgeman Ave.
Includes DNV Library Mobile Service. The social features entertainment followed by full sit down afternoon tea. Approximately 40-50 seniors attend from the direct area. Most participants walk to the event, but volunteer drivers can be arranged if required. Provides an opportunity for seniors to meet and or make new friends within the Lower Capilano Area. (near Save-On-Foods, Marine Drive NV)

March 11: Seniors Park Royal Shuttle
Friday,, 9:45am – 12:00pm at Park Royal Shopping Center
The Seniors Hub Bus provides scheduled shuttle service to both sides of the Park Royal Shopping Centre and back. This is for seniors living in the Lower Capilano Area and the Hub bus picks up seniors at Woodcroft, Klahanie Court, International Plaza and Park Royal Towers. The bus has space to accommodate walkers. No staff or volunteer escorts are available on this trip.

March 11: Seniors Coffee Group
Friday, 1:30pm – 3:00pm at Clementine Room at Churchill House, 150 West 29th, NV.
Seniors meet in the Clementine Room of Churchill House located 150, West 29th (off Lonsdale). This program is specifically for seniors in the area within walking distance. Volunteer's help serve coffee and may assist with transportation or escort for those attending for the first or second time.
